The
best of the best in Championship outdoor motocross racing will be front
and center on MAVTV this Saturday, July 7. MAVTV will again present
'Live' coverage of both 450 and 250 opening motos from the storied
Redbud Raceway in Buchanan, Michigan. Airtime 1:00pm ET.
In the 450 division there’s a full-out two-man war going on as
front runner Eli Tomac from Cortez, Colorado holds a narrow 32-point
lead over France’s Marvin Musquin (289-257). Between them the two
battlers have won all of the 2018 races with each winning one of last
week’s two event in Southwick, Massachusetts. Close behind is Justin
Barcia from Greenville, Florida with 224.
Aaron Plessinger from Hamilton, Ohio has the points lead in the 250
division at the halfway point. He’s followed closely by Alex Martin
from Millville, Minnesota 233 to 210 points. Alex’s brother Jeremy is
listed coming into RedBud as third in points at 176 but that number
looks like it will be his season’s total after a very hard fall at Muddy
Creek.
Live coverage of the opening 450cc and 250cc motos from all 12
rounds is featured on MAVTV with expanded HD broadcast feeds to most
subscribers.
The entire 12 Round Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series is televised on
MAVTV, NBC and NBC Sports Network with 36 hours of live coverage and
more than 70 hours of Pro Motocross content via broadcast and digital
platforms including Lucas Oil Racing TV (LORTV) - the first streaming TV
motorsports network.
